After purchase, customers will receive eSIM activation details including QR code or manual installation instructions.

Coverage depends on local network availability, roaming agreements, device compatibility, and user location.

Refunds may be reviewed if the eSIM was not delivered or could not be activated due to a technical issue from our side.

Users may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or abuse.

JawRoam is not responsible for network interruptions, roaming issues, unavailable coverage, or indirect damages.
