These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the JawRoam website and your purchase and use of JawRoam eSIM services. The services are operated by [Company legal name].

By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

In these Terms:

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. Accounts are registered with a phone number, which is verified by a one-time code.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Packages, prices and coverage are shown on the website before you order. Orders may be placed through our website or through our customer service channels, such as WhatsApp.

An order is confirmed once it has been accepted and processed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a package becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs or fraud is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid for it will be refunded.

After your order is completed, you receive your eSIM details, such as a QR code and activation information.

Each package has a validity period and data allowance shown before purchase. Unused data or days expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over, refunded or transferred, unless we state otherwise.

Data usage is measured by the network provider. Usage information shown in your account is provided for guidance.

A Fixed Data package includes a set amount of data (for example, a number of GB) for a set validity period. The service stops when the data runs out or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.

Where top-ups are available for a package, you can buy additional data.

Unlimited packages are offered for a selected number of days, such as 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. Each day includes a high-speed data allowance.

After the daily high-speed allowance is used, the internet stays available at a reduced speed according to the package’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP). The reduced speed is shown on the package before purchase, and the high-speed allowance renews daily.

“Unlimited” refers to continued access at reduced speed; it does not mean unlimited high-speed data. Fair usage terms may also apply under the provider’s policies.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed before your eSIM is delivered. Accepted payment methods are [accepted payment methods]. Where a third-party payment provider is used, its terms also apply.

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it cannot be refunded.

Requests to refund an eSIM that has not been installed or activated must be made within [refund request period] of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to [refund method] within [refund processing time].

Where an eSIM cannot be used because of a technical fault on our side or the provider’s side, contact us and we will review the case and offer a suitable solution.

Some apps, services or websites may be restricted in certain destinations because of local regulations or provider policies.

Network services are delivered by third-party mobile network operators and connectivity partners. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your use of the network.

We are not responsible for outages, restrictions or changes made by these providers, but we will try to help resolve any issue you report to us.

The JawRoam name, logo, website design and content belong to [Company legal name] or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify or use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services if you breach these Terms, if fraud or misuse is suspected, or where required by law.

You may stop using our services at any time. To request closure of your account, contact us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JawRoam is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, including loss of data, business or profits.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Orders placed before an update remain subject to the Terms that applied when they were placed.
