How to Install Your eSIM
Follow these simple steps to get connected anywhere in the world — no SIM card, no waiting.
Quick Checklist
Make sure you have everything ready before you begin.
eSIM Compatible Device
Your phone must support eSIM. Most iPhones from XS (2018) and modern Android flagships do.
Stable Internet Connection
You need Wi-Fi or mobile data during the installation process. Use a reliable connection.
QR Code from Email
Check your inbox for the eSIM activation email with your unique QR code. Don't delete it.
Do Not Delete After Activation
Once installed, do not delete the eSIM profile unless you plan to reinstall it from scratch.
Install on iPhone
Works on iPhone XS and later (iOS 12.1+). Follow these 5 easy steps.
Open Settings

Tap the Settings app on your iPhone home screen. It's the grey icon with gears.
Tap Cellular / Mobile Data
Settings
Scroll down and tap "Cellular" (or "Mobile Data" depending on your region).
Tap "Add eSIM"

On the Cellular screen, tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" at the top.
Scan the QR Code
Point camera at QR code
Point your camera at the QR code from your email. It will be detected automatically.
Enable Data & Roaming
CELLULAR
Turn on "Turn On This Line", enable "Mobile Data", and activate "Data Roaming".
Install on Android
Works on Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and most modern Android devices.
Open Settings

Swipe down from the top and tap the Settings icon, or find it in your app drawer.
Go to Network & Internet
Settings
Tap "Network & Internet" (or "Connections" on Samsung Galaxy devices).
Tap "Add SIM" / "Add eSIM"
Settings
Look for "SIM cards", then tap "Add SIM" or "Download SIM" / "Add eSIM".
Scan the QR Code
Align QR code in frame
Tap "Scan QR Code" and point your camera at the QR code in your email.
Enable Roaming
SIM SETTINGS
Select your new eSIM as the data SIM, then enable Data Roaming to use it abroad.
Things to Keep in Mind
One-Time Installation
Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Store it safely and never share it.
Internet Required During Setup
A stable Wi-Fi or existing mobile data connection is required during eSIM installation.
Restart If Network Doesn't Appear
If your eSIM data network doesn't appear after installation, restart your device and wait 2 minutes.
Contact Support If QR Fails
If the QR code scan fails or shows an error, contact our support immediately — do not try again multiple times.
